Sayoko Hirano Solo Exhibition "The Sound of Life"

Artist Sayoko Hirano’s piece “To sculpt is to carve out life” will be exhibited on the second floor of the Kyoto Hotel Okura.
With the centerpiece an homage to film director Shozo Makino as a joint project with the Kyoto International Film and Art Festival, a total of 30 new and old works of wooden carvings and woodcuts will be exhibited around the theme of “life force”.
